The history of "NEFT-ACTIVE" LLC and "ACTIVE-D" TOO lies in the discorvery of oil in the former USSR. This was done in 1960s when oil was discovered in the Upper Jurassic sandstones and limestones which lie 400 km south of the Trekhozer Field by Farman Salmanov. Thereafter in 1961 the Neocomian oil fields were also discovered near the Ob river. Subsequently in the late 1960s several other giant oil fields where discovered in the Samotlor Field.
On the other hand, "NEFT-ACTIVE L.L.C" was incorporated on 18th January 2007 by our wonderful director Mr. Trofimov Alexander, Vladimirovich with her colleagues in the pursuit of better service and product delivery of oil products from Russia. Immediately, they acquired an oil block from OJSC "Gazprom Oil Company" around the Chayanda field through competitive bidding. Six year later in 2013, "ACTIVE-D" TOO was incorporated too. In 2014, "NEFT-ACTIVE" LLC and "ACTIVE-D" TOO created a merger and now both companies are under one managment. As of today, "NEFT-ACTIVE" LLC and "ACTIVE-D" TOO have over 15 different oil wells around the Caspian Sea, Zhiguli Mountains and Chayanda fields under there managment.
Unlike the big players in the oil industry in Russia, "NEFT-ACTIVE" LLC and "ACTIVE-D" TOO have a portfolio that is hinged on the downstream section of oil production. As of today, both companies that are under one management have 15 different oil wells around the Caspian Sea, Zhiguli Mountains and Chayanda fields. This portfolio has given the ability to these companies to secure a sustainable cost effective growth in the medium, and long term future. These oil wells have the ability to produce 1,000,000 barrels every month of crude oil which is transported to various refineries that we work with. It is this crude oil that we purify for export.
Just like any other young child, "NEFT-ACTIVE" LLC and "ACTIVE-D" TOO have hopes of growing. Our growth strategy takes into account the sustainable development goals of the United Nations while working towards the development of our company by increasing profitability. In this process, we hope to use newwer technological systems when extracting oil from the ground. This will minimize the negative impact oil extraction has on the environmental we are working in.
Additionally, we have an ongoing project of building our own refinery. Currently, we have already acquired the land and most of necessary licenses needed for the development of this huge project. For now, we are intensively looking for investors who are willing to infuse funds in this project.

We do this in accordance to international environmental laws. Our policy in regards with environment protection includes; land decontamination and reclamation; control over air pollution; responsible water use; and replacement of damaged and obsolete equipment responsibly. Additionally, our environment policy extends to the products we supply. We archive this by implementing the new vehicle emissions standards that lowers the sulfur content of gasoline to a maximum of 10ppm and the MARPOL regulations that lowers the sulfur in fuel oil that meets the Sulfur Emission Control Areas laws.
